October - December 2006
- EMP conducted 35 assessments of UNCF member institutions
November 2006
- Held Inaugural EMP Institute November 16-17 (128 EM professionals participated in the inaugural EMP Institute. Conference engaged internationally renowned EM professionals, including Dr. Vincent Tinto and Dr. James Anderson).
- Finalized selection of EMP Advisory Board. (First meeting is scheduled for November 2007.)
- Request for Proposals were distributed at the Institute and provided to any member institution not in attendance.
January 2007
- RFPs due Wednesday, January 31.
February 2007
- Select and award four (4) $15,000 planning grants
February – April 2007
- Conduct site visits, provide technical assistance to the four grantee pilot schools and hold professional staff/board retreat at pilot schools
FY2008
May 2007
- Deadline for receipt of institutional enrollment action plans.
PHASE II
July 2007
- Award first installment of implementation grant and last dollar scholarship grant.
October 2007
- Conduct site visits at pilot institutions.
November 2007
- Conduct Peer Modeling workshop.
- Hold Annual Enrollment Management Program Institute and Advisory Board Meeting.
