Executive Leadership and Governance

For a capacity-building effort of this scale to be sustained long-term, UNCF must help ensure that successful, appropriate leadership and management structures exist at its member institutions. For that reason, the HBCU Executive Leadership and Governance Program will be developed to address the unmet professional needs of HBCU executives and improve and enhance board governance. Conferences, staff and board retreats and workshops will be held to support the leadership and management of UNCF member institutions.
