Goals


  1. To provide assessment, training and technical assistance programs to member institutions designed to examine and respond to challenges in six vital areas of institutional capacity and effectiveness:
    • Institutional Advancement
    • Enrollment Management
    • Curriculum Development and Faculty Enhancement
    • Fiscal and Strategic Technical Assistance
    • Facilities and Infrastructure
    • Leadership and Governance
  2. To develop and disseminate information and lessons learned on capacity building to all UNCF member institutions and expand the body of knowledge available to all institutions serving African American and other students of color.
  3. To provide empirical and anecdotal data which contributes to and informs the discourse on the higher education of African American and other students of color.
