IAP Activities and Results
IAP Grants
IAP awards multi-year grants to UNCF-member institutions for resources and training opportunities that otherwise would not have been available. It provides up to three years of funding and technical assistance. Many grants have been awarded for planning, readiness and implementation. Some schools have used grants to hire staff for annual giving, major gifts and prospect research. They also have upgraded database systems, centralized records, optimized on-line giving and enhanced communication with alumni and donors.

IAP Professional Development
IAP sponsors special training workshops an HBCU Advancement Learning Institute and an Alumni Leadership Summit. The IAP conducts a conference every year, open to all HBCUs, public and private.
